I have a course created in Articulate Storyline 2 - on a couple of slides, the audio files when I click on them in the timeline are correct, when I preview them in Articulate - they play correctly, however, after I publish the course and upload into our LMS there are a couple of slides where the sound cuts off in the middle of the clip.
Hello Christina - Matthew's solution is one that I've seen other users mention. If the extension is small, I'm sure your learners will not notice. If you're consistently able to reproduce, it'd be great to share with our team here so that we can take a look.

It worked!
However, I could see this solution being an issue if your module is Restricted and users cannot continue until the timeline ends.
Any other recommendations?
