I've seen this question a couple of times. Normally, the file name will appear when the audio is triggered. If it's just inserted into the slide and "sitting" in the timeline, the wave form will appear.
On this occasion it is just inserted - no Trigger HOWEVER there is a "trap" on the audio that stops it playing whenever the user re-visits the menu, maybe that's what is doing it?
No big issue - really just wanted to see if it was something I needed to worry about.
