Audio is causing problem

Hi Team,

I have used one audio in slide but the next day when I opened the project the audio was blank and its not even closing the audio editor and I am forced to close the storyline and project from task manager.  PFA screenshot for more clarity.

Hi Vikrant,

Happy to assist! Before we dive in, let's check a few key details.

  1. Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.26.18364.0 in the bottom-right corner. 
  2. Is your file saved to your local hard drive (C:)?

If you're already on the latest update and saving locally, our Support Engineers can dig into your file to find out what's causing the issue.
