I have encountered issues with the audio being fine in preview mode in Storyline, but after publication, the audio seems to drop out of some slides. It seems that the slides that have an audio file and multiple video clips are the ones that fail to launch the audio. I have other slides in the same course where there is only an audio file and some text, and those work fine. I've been talking to the support group for my LMS also. Not sure what to do. Thanks!

A great way to test if the issue lies within the project/course or the LMS is to test in SCORM Cloud. Check out this link for some additional information on why we like to utilize this environment for testing.
If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, we would certainly want to take a look at your .story file to understand what may be happening.
If not, I'd continue to follow up with your LMS team.
