One of my team members is experiencing an issue when reviewing the storyline 3 course. The audio should start at the very beginning but in a few seconds, it's silent & the sound appears only from the middle of the sentence (after about 3-4 seconds on the slide).
When I test it, everything seems fine.
We've tested it in the intended environment and the issue stands.

First, check that you are both on the latest update of Storyline 3. Click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see Update 5 there.
Next, check that you both have saved the file to your local hard drive, and not a network or shared drive.
