I am having issues with audio on some of my slides. It all sounds find before I put it into 360 but then some of them sound "tingy." You will notice it on the first and fourth slide. They were all recorded in the same format.
Any guidance. Lowering the volume doesn't seem to help.
Hey Laurie! I see what you mean -- the audio has an "antique" quality about it! Would you mind sharing the original audio files so I can compare the quality to what I'm hearing in your Storyline file?
Our team agrees that the audio in the Storyline slide sounds slightly more "tingy" than the standalone audio. I'm going to bring this to our Support Engineers to get more insight into why this is happening.
We'll email you back as soon as we have more to share!

Thanks, Laurie!
We compared the audio side by side with these two links: Storyline slide and Standalone audio file
