When publishing our storyline files to WEB and trying to view the HTML5/HTML file through our android device, the pages with audio on it do not load. Is there a way to fix this issue?
We currently have to convert mp3's to mp4's which is not ideal.
Just add trigger for each audio file, play media, when timeline start. You can change the "When" its depends on your requirement. Like when timeline reached 4 sec something like that.
There's a known issue with Google Chrome versions 45-48 on Android devices that may cause audio to stop playing in web pages. See Chromium bug 518863 for details.
Since Articulate Storyline 2 courses run in a web browser, audio in your HTML5 courses may stop playing when learners use Google Chrome 45-48 on Android tablets and smartphones.
Good news! Google fixed this bug in Chrome 49 for Android devices. Update your Chrome app to allow your Storyline courses to work properly.

Hi Kate,
Can you please tell me pages are not loading or audio files are not working?
The audio is not working - we have tried various audio formats but to no avail.

Thanks Ravindra, we will test this out and see if it works :)
