I have a course in Storyline in which on the very first slide we’re facing a problem with the audio on the iPad. It doesn’t play until you
click the Help tab and close the window to go back to the screen. However, this
works fine on the Android and the PC. Can anyone please help us out here and let
us know what could be the reason of this issue?

Hi Samridh and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
You may find that audio or video doesn't play in mobile Safari if the following criteria are true:
You can read more about the above here if needed.
In addition, you may want to make sure that you do not have private browsing enabled as explained here.
Hope this helps and have a great day!
I tried creating course with audio incorporated. There are some audio issues when the course is launched in ipad. Audio either does not play, or overlaps, or does not play completely when back button is clicked. Any solutions would be helpful.
Hi Sangeetha and welcome to Heroes!
Were you able to review the links that Leslie previously shared and confirmed that you're up to date with your Storyline and iOS? Also, are you able to replicate the issues described in HTML5, the Articulate Mobile Player or both?
Some additional information and links in regards known issues with HTML5 and audio:
Do you have multiple resources on slides? More information in this article.
Here is a thread where a hero explain HTML5 and issues with audio.

Hi Ashley,
I figured it out to be due to connectivity problem. Is there any best practice for Audio bit rate and frequency to be set for the Storyline courses. Something like a recommended settings?
Hi Sangeetha,
Thanks for the update and I'm glad you were able to get it working as needed. In regards to general audio settings, Storyline supports a wide range of audio file formats (AAC, AIF, AIFF, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA), not all codecs and bitrates are supported. If you encounter issues with your audio files, we'd recommend converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV for best results.
