My organisation runs a mixture of Windows 7 and 365 machines. I have produced a presentation in Storyline containing a series of animated video clips that needs to run on both platforms. When packaged, the presentation plays perfectly via the Storyline player in Windows 7, however in MS 365, whilst the videos play as expected there is no audio. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I don't see any recent reports related to audio not playing while viewing a Storyline course in Microsoft 365. Have you tried publishing the course for Web or Review 360 to make sure the audio plays in other environments?
