Hi I’m working with storyline 2 and have run into a problem with the audio. When playing back the audio automatically ramps up. It does this on both my laptops and on my desk top. I’ve already tried using two different microphones with no change. On the microphone setting the “Allow application to take exclusive control of this device” has been turned off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I went to the Dell Audio mic & level and changed the record level 100% and set the decibels to 30.
This along with using the Cyber Acoustic 1064 microphone took care of the volume ramping up.

It sounds like you are . . . but just to confirm . . . are you recording directly in Storyline?

Do you have a .story file that we could take a look at? When you say 'ramps up', does it get progressively louder as that's what I'm imagining?

That is correct the presentation audio gets progressively louder as it goes on.

We seem to have solved the problem.
This is what we did:
