Our Support Engineers will take a look at your file and reach out as soon as they have more to share. In the meantime, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Be sure your project is saved on the local hard drive.
  • Try recording audio in a new Storyline file. 
  • If the sound is garbled in a new file, do a repair of Storyline.
