Audio Issues
Mar 13, 2018
Hello!
I have audio recorded for a slide, and also audio recorded for each info icon when users click on them. One thing I noticed, and got feedback on, was that when users clicked on the info icons before the main audio was finished, the audio played on top of one another. Is there a way to have the main audio stop when new audio plays? Or have any other audio stop when a new audio track is started?
Thanks!
Danielle

Sure Danielle,
without seeing how your file is setup ie. is all the audio on the base layer or individual layers....
try setting a trigger to pause media (slide) when the state of any of the icons is 'selected'.
If the audio is on layers, you can use the option to pause timeline of baselayer when the layer is playing which would stop and resume the audio.
Hi, Wendy!
I have some audio on the base layer and some on individual layers. It seems like the issue happens more when all the audio is on the same layer though; so your suggestion of the triggers is perfect! Thanks, I totally didn't even think of that! D'oh!!
Thank you so much!
