I’m having a very weird issue. When I preview my slides in Storyline, the audio works great. When published, the audio clips 1 second in and will only play through when I replay the slide.
It can’t be a corrupted sound file since I can force it to play using the replay button.

In the meantime, I'm curious if uninstalling/reinstalling Storyline 360 corrected the issue?

What was the answer? I'm having a similar issue. I have also reached out to support and I have uninstalled/reinstalled Replay.
