Has anyone else noticed that the volume of an audio file changes/reduces volume each time you use the built-in audio editor? I'm not changing the volume within the editor, usually just adding silence or cutting out too much silence. Each time I open the file in the editor it seems to reduce it more.
This makes it difficult if I use several audio files within one page, or even across an entire course because the level is so inconsistent.
I'm having difficulty recreating the experience with a sample MP3 file in Storyline 360 Update 46. A few clues to help us explore further:
Which update of Storyline are you using? Click the Help tab, then About Storyline.
Is this happening in any file or a certain one?
Are you comfortable with sharing an affected file for review? It'll help us look at the settings, and we'll delete it from our machines after. Simply use this private case link.
