Hello all ... I'm in the midst of building an animated video using SL2. I recorded some draft audio and can't get it to play. It won't play in preview mode or when I publish it or when I open the audio editor. I've uploaded the latest release of AS2, closed and open the program, and closed down and reopened my entire computer. I tried using an imported .wav file and it doesn't work. Any suggestions? I would be sooooooo grateful!

Also, you may want to run through these troubleshooting steps, and as always, please be sure that you are testing your published output in the intended environment.

Hi there … thanks for your response. I’m running ASL2 on a mac using Parallels. I intentionally haven’t upgraded to El Capitan or to Parallels 11. Could that be the problem, do you suppose?
Hi, Ellen -- Thanks so much for your reply, and it's hard to say without seeing your file what more could be causing this problem. I also work on a Mac (I use VMware Fusion), so if you could please share you file so I can run some testing for you?
Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box, and you can browse/upload your file from there. If privacy is a concern, you are welcome to use this form to share your file, as well.
I also wanted to note, when you reply via email, your signature details are visible here in your forum post publicly, so feel free to use the EDIT button beneath your post to remove that info. if you wish. :)
