In Story View, if you select the slide and then look at the Slide Properties panel you can select Reset to Initial State in the When Revisiting field (see screenshot attached). This will ensure the audio replays each time the slide is revisited. Keep in mind though, this will reset all the elements in the slide each time.
If it's only the audio that you want to reset each time and not the entire slide, you may want to look into including a button on the slide to play the audio so that the user could come back to the slide and play the audio again. Members of our Community may be able to chime in with other ideas as well as they are much more knowledgable on design type questions :)
