I am testing the publishing of a course I created (on Articulate Stroryline) to our LMS. The audio was working when you preview within Articulate. However when I was doing a preview using our LMS, the audio is not working.
Can you please let me know what I should check to sort this issue?
Which LMS are you using? Have you checked to confirm that you published for LMS as detailed here and then uploaded the entire contents of the published output folder? Additionally you may want to look at testing at SCORM Cloud as it's an industry standard for testing SCORM content and therefore will help you determine if it's an issue with the content or the LMS. Here are directions on how to test in SCORM Cloud.

Thank you for your reply. I just discovered that it's our internal systems that are preventing the audio to work and not our LMS.
I have contacted our IS to help me investigate the issue and asked help from Articulate Support as well. Thank you for your reply.
