I'm having an issue where the audio on only one slide in the published training is not playing all the way through. The audio cuts out toward the beginning. It works fine in preview mode. I've also published to Tempshare to test it out and it works in IE and Edge but not Chrome. Does anyone know if there is a work around so my users can still view the training if they are using Chrome? I'm using SL 360 and I believe that I have the latest updates installed. Thanks!
It's hard to tell what might cause the audio to stop without seeing the file. Do you mind sharing the file with us? You can attach it to this discussion or share it with us privately.
I was able to resolve the problem by splitting the audio file into two separate files. I believe it was a Chrome issue. I'm not sure why it was only happening on that one slide, but splitting the audio into two files worked.
