Are you able to replicate this issue if you upload the course to SCORM Cloud? This will help us determine if the issue lies within the course or your LMS.

Did you double check that the side mute button on your iPad isn't enabled? On my iPad mini - if that is switched to mute, I can't hear any audio unless I plug my headphones in which overrides it. 

Sometimes it's the simplest thing - so let's hope so in your case. :-) 

How can I share my .story file with you privately without posting on the blog?

Does this mean that you were able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud and checked out the information from Ashley?

Sorry to hear you've run into a similar issue and this thread is a bit dated.

Could you share what you are experiencing as well as what version of Storyline, how you are publishing/sharing, and iOS version you are using?

Even a .story file for us to take a look at would be helpful.
