Audio on a layer - seekbar

I have a slide with audio on the base layer, and with 5 additional layers, each of which also has audio. I want to stop users from clicking on the base layer until the audio on a layer has completed. Pretty simple - I use a transparent shape to mask the clickable parts of the base layer, and hide this when the current layer's audio completes.
But I'd like to show my learners how long the audio in the layer will play. The seekbar only shows the base layer audio duration. Any ideas as to how I can show the duration of audio on a layer?

In the layer properties, have you tried setting the 'Allow seeking' option to Yes?
Thanks Michael! That's a nice easy fix - I never used that layer option before...
You might also want to try the "Prevent the user from clicking on the baselayer' option as an alternative to your transparent "cover" objects.
I knew about that option, but I actually want the base layer objects to be clickable, just not until the current layer's audio is complete
