In order to do what you want, I think that you need to change one of your triggers.
The problem is that, when the button is clicked the audio starts to play, but the user is immediately jumped to the next slide and so the audio is never heard. This is because the two triggers will operate at the same time as there is nothing delaying the second trigger.
Instead of jumping to the next slide when you click the button, you should jump to the next slide when the media completes for Audio 1. That way, the first trigger is activated when the button is clicked and then, when the audio finishes, it automatically activates the second trigger to jump to the next slide.
