I have a simple project(Storyline 360) that has several slides with mp4 videos. However, when I or others click on the screen during the video, it mutes the audio but the video keeps playing. When you click the screen again, the audio resumes where it left off but is cut off when the video ends. This happens when a slide is auto advance or by user.
Happy to investigate this with you! I haven't seen similar reports of this, so I'll dive in and do some testing.

Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.18.16449.0 in the bottom-right corner.
Where is the published output hosted--a web server, LMS, or somewhere else?
When you say "click on the screen" do you mean you're clicking on the video itself, or clicking outside the video?
