Hi all, I have a bit of a random query. I am developing some scenario based learning where the narrative changes depending on the choices made by the learner.
For some reason, when clicking anywhere other than the start button, my intro slide is randomly playing the audio from a video which is 2 scenes away from it. I have recreated the slide several times now and cant fathom why it could be happening. I have stripped out all of the other scenes. Also please note, there is bad language in the audio as it relates to a staged Police incident! Any help appreciated.
I have Storyline 360, build 3.20.16814.0 (a new update was released yesterday) and I published it to Review here after testing preview too.
No matter where I clicked I didn't hear any duplicate audio, I also tried to go back to earlier slides and jump around a bit but the audio remained as I expected throughout. Can you test out my review link and let me know how it behaves for you?
If it's working, I'd suggest updating to the latest SL360 build which is 3.21.17083.0.

Awesome, Adam - glad it was an easy fix. I didn't do anything else besides publishing it with that update so you should be good to go!
