I have an issue on published slides where the audio is there and I can hear it in preview, but when I publish to SCORM output, I can't hear it. Also the file is created in storyline 2 now upgrade to storyline 3 version. its working fine in storyline 2 version.
Sorry this is still causing some headaches for you.
I want to make sure I understand exactly what's happening here. When you upload the published output to SCORM Cloud, are you able to hear the audio there?
Thanks for letting us know it's only happening when viewing the course locally.
If you view a Storyline 3 course on your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that can cause various features of the course to fail.
To test your published content, upload it to the environment for which it was published. For instance, since you're publishing for LMS- uploading to SCORM Cloud is the best way to test it outside of your own LMS. Since the audio works there, your file is good to go!
If you do need to view the course locally, publishing for CD will be the option to choose.
Thanks for your replay, I tried your option also its not working.
My friend suggest one more option preview the complete project once then publish the course. I tried that one now it seems here the audio in the published file. I think this is not the solution, but seems right now this file is working.
Many thanks to all of you for the support to this issue! :)

Hi Hari!
I uploaded your zipped published output to SCORM Cloud and the audio works for me in:
Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox
Here is my published output.
Do you have the same issue with that link?
Yes, still the audio not play for me,
From the slide numbers 2 onwards...., in this package all slides have audio, only first 2 slides play because that's animation with the video file.
Thanks!
Hari
Hi Hari,
Can you share the .story file with us (the file prior to publishing) so that we could see the audio elements you set up on slides beyond 1 and 2?
Sure! Here with enclosed the story file.
Thanks!
Hari
Hi Hari
I've published your file and uploaded to Scormcloud and watched the first 5 slides - audio plays as expected on all of them - I'm viewing in Chrome.
But its not working for me, I published my laptop that output is working fine, publish from my desktop system this file alone is not working.
The same file previous version (storyline 2) is working fine for me via publish laptop or system, the storyline 3 upgraded version is not working.
Thanks!
Hari
Hi Hari
you have the publish settings set for LMS - which LMS are you uploading the zipped file to?
SCORM 1.2 & upload and tested SCORM cloud only.
The same story file publish via laptop is working for me!
Thanks!
Hari

Hi Hari,
On your laptop and desktop - are you using the same version of Windows, and the same update and versions of Storyline?
No if I view local system itself not hear the audio.
Thanks!
Hari
Both are same version window 10, Storyline 3 (Update 1).
Thanks!
Hari
