Hello I work on storyline 3 and I publish my modules and edides them on an LMS platform. When I visualize my module on the platform, the sound is no longer active. Is it a browser problem or modules. Until now it worked perfectly. thank you in advance for your help Regis

Hi again, Regis. You're welcome for the help. I published and uploaded your course to SCORM Cloud to test, and in Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer, I could immediately hear the audio track and the effect when hovering over the tile on the first slide.
Can you test my link and let me know if you hear the same?
Have you tried republishing your course and uploading a new version to your LMS?
Hi Chrystal, I visualized the course on Scorm and I see that some sound funds have disappeared especially on the Quiz and some slides. Plus the sound is amplified on some slides. After recording and republishing the course as well as the others the problem persists. The platform does not see where the problem can come from since it works perfectly with other organizations. Thank you for your help
It sounds like you had some inconsistent test results with the link that Crystal shared with you? I'm going to start a support case for you so that you can work one on one with our Engineers. They'll take a look at your file, do some additional testing, and be in touch with you via email for some more help. Keep an eye out for an email from Support@articulate.com.

Hi there, Regis. You mentioned that it worked perfectly until now. Do you mean that the same course hosted in your LMS was working until recently?
Also, is this happening in different browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox)? I'm happy to help test this file if you'd like to share it here!
