two doubts, when I use the audio recording feature in articulate storyline, there is a tool that reduces the noise or I need to pass the audio file that recorded the articulate storyline in a program to clean the noise? and I can cut some of the audio using the very articulate storyline?
I'm not aware of any way to edit the background noise within Storyline. I typically export the file into Adobe Premiere Pro to make my edits and then re-import the file. You can cut audio in Storyline, add silence, crop, and adjust volume.

Here's a helpful article that walks you through the audio editing features in Storyline: https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-2/articles/editing-audio-in-articulate-storyline-2
