Hello! I have a slide with audio that has several slide layers. Each time a layer is displayed and then disappears the audio from the main slide replays with every layer. How can I get the audio to play one time on this slide and the audio not be affected by the interactions with slide layers?
If it's restarting completely from the beginning, it may be related to the layer properties. Are you currently using the "Pause timeline of base layer" option?
Also, what are the revisiting settings for the base layer?
It may also help to know if the layers are closing, or if there's triggers to jump to the initial slide itself - that could definitely cause audio to restart if you're not using the "Resume saved state" option for the slide.
Of course, it's always easier if we can see what's happening :) You're welcome to share your project's .story file here and we could take a look at what's happening. If the file's too large, you can import the slide where the issue occurs into a new Storyline file:

You are awesome! All I had to do was edit the revisiting setting for the base layer and voila, no sound restarted when I clicked through each layer.
