audio should stop when slide is revisited

Jun 15, 2020

Hi to all,

I have an issue. On my title slide, I have an audio file with a brief introduction. I want to be able to go on to another slide and then come back to the title slide without the audio playing again. I know I have done it somewhere before with a variable, but for the life of me, I can't remember what I did. Please help!

Thanks so much,

April

You can use a T/F variable. For example var Name is AudioPlays. Set it to True initially.

Once the audio has played (or if the slide is visited) have a trigger adjust the value from True to False.

You also need a trigger with a condition to determine whether or not to play the audio. For example, play media when timeline starts on the condition that AudioPlays is true. When they revisit, the var should be false so it won't play the audio.
