We've noticed a problem where someone is accessing a Storyline course on an iPad and they exit the module midway through.
Then they return to the module, let's say they want to start over rather than continue where they left off. So they click "NO" at the promt to start at the beginning. When this happens, the audio does not play. Other media such as videos play, all the navigation elements work, but the audio doesn't.
Anyone else experience this or have any insight on why this is happening?
This is a known issue that should be fixed in our next update. You'll want to enable the "Check for updates at startup" feature in Storyline to be notified when new updates get released.
