Where would I access the Audio Tools Options within Storyline 3?
(I would normally click on the Audio Track on the timeline to bring it up on the menu bar, but the file I just brought in has the audio embedded within, so no Audio Track visible on which to click).

I am attempting to adjust the AUDIO playback volume (not the recording volume).

Here's where you can access the audio options in Storyline 3.
You can normalize audio throughout your course for consistent volume across all slides by adjusting the quality settings when you publish.
