My project is not playing some audio on the layers.
It plays on the base layer of the the slide but on the other layers it only plays the narration but doesn't play the sound effects that I have set a trigger to play when button is clicked.
Hi, Mark -- Could you please check a few things out for me? Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.
Also, please be sure that you are testing your published output in the intended environment. Feel free to share your file if issues persist.
