I have recorded a screencast using record screen. In preview the audio starts before the video so that I am left listening to the voiceover while looking at a blank slide for the first few seconds. Any solutions?
Have struggled with exactly the same issue not too long ago. have submitted a feature request (see ref below), hoping that STORYLINE team will include such a feature in next release.
Used Wondershare video editor for a workaround. But process was convoluted and unnecessary.

Published seems to work ok - much better than preview.
