I just spent a week recording narration for a module. It sounds fine on my headset. Even sounds fine when I preview it within Storyline 360. But when I published it out for review, the sound volume is so low, you can’t hear a thing and I have my volume maxed out. I tried maxing out the volume using the audio editor and the audio volume slider. How do I fix this without having to re-narrate the entire module? Why is it doing this and how do I prevent it in future projects?
Thanks for offering to help. I experience it after publishing it and when I upload it into my Workday LMS. The volume is lower when using Android phone. I have tried to play around with the setting but still it produces low volume. Is there any setting that I have to take note for accessing from mobile?

Hi, Melor.
My first recommendation would be to test your course with SCORM Cloud to rule out LMS issues. Check out this step-by-step article!
When you play it on Android, are you using an app from Workday or a browser?
As Becca mentioned above, our team is happy to help you test it if you can submit the file through a support case.
