Hello, My issue is that the audio will not play on the first slide of my course. I've moved around my slides and whatever slide is in the first position, the audio will not play. Audio on the subsequent slides will play. The Slide 1 audio will also play if I've advanced in the course and come back to slide 1. Has anyone else experienced this before? If so, did you find a workaround and what was it?

In the meantime, you could look at modifying your file to place a starting slide that the learners could click on. Once they've interacted with your content, any audio/video on the next slide should start automatically.

Hey Matthew, there doesn't seem to be an option to update past the current version like this guide suggests.
What else do you recommend?

Hi Ashley, I was using storyline 360. This issue was resolved in another thread.

Is there any news on that issue since the last 4 months? We have clients that wish to keep using Storyline 2 and this is kinda of a problem.
