I am using Storyline 1 in Parallels on my MacBook Pro. I am using video and wav. files in the story. All was working well, when the audio portion ceased to function. Audio works outside the virtual machine. All output settings say that the speakers etc are working. No sound.
Hi, Scott -- If you would like to share your file, I would be happy to take a look for you (however I should note that although I work on a MacBook Pro, I use VMware instead of Parallels). Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button at the bottom of the reply box if you'd like to share, and perhaps others in the community utilizing Parallels on their Macs can test your file, as well. :)

Audio can stop in Parallels, try updating parallels make sure it is using the correct out put and also a restart can fix it.
