I deployed a course for UAT testing to a specific user last week. He came back and said that the audio did not play for two specific slides. When I play the course in preview and on our LMS the audio works fine. Does anyone have any idea what might cause the audio to not work for a specific user?

For just one user? I'd look into what browser, flash version that user is accessing it through and have them test out a few different ones.
