I have created a slide that incorporates a video and this is working very well. I want to additionally add a voice over using my headphone mic. I have inserted this voice over into the slide and when I play it in the 'editor' tool it works fine. However when I preview the slide it won't play. What am I doing wrong?
Are you able to share a copy of this slide for us to take a look at? We'd want to see how the audio and video are set up - and if you've included any triggers to play them, etc.
I seem to have resolved the problem by closing the Storyline project then
re-starting. It seems like every time there's a Window's update it fiddles
around with some of my programs and I have to go back to the drawing board.
One day everything works then, at midnight the Microsoft elves start their
day and by morning I'm in the middle of a muddle.
The Microsoft elves can be tricky - I personally keep my updates not set to automatically install, that way I can choose to do so, and will more likely notice when something went wrong that it was connected to an update.
