We have a published module that will not play audio (mp3) on the iPad. It is good on the PC. All the settings are correct. What could be causing this issue? We did check volume on iPad and that isn't the cause. Thanks.
Where are you hosting the course, on a web server, LMS, etc.?
What iOS are you running on the iPad? Is it an iPad, iPad 2, etc.?
What type of output are you viewing, Flash (Articulate Mobile Player) or HTML5 (Safari) on the iPad?
You're using MP3 files for your audio, but how are they set up in your course? Are there any triggers tied to the audio files, or are they just inserted into a slide? Are they on the base layer or a layer, lightbox, etc.?
If you're able to, it may help if you could share the .story file for the project. We could take a look and test the project to see what might be causing the problem.
