Audit log of user/answers

Hi all,

We would like to be able to see all users who completed an assessment and what questions/answers they selected.

We use Adobe Connect as our LMS.  

I did a test assessment with 5 questions (1 allowing 2 attempts). The reports show a number of questions entitled Question #1, #2 etc. The answers are not very legible. Also it shows 6 questions (due to 1 having 2 attempts) which really confused things!

I also tried it in SCORM cloud but again, the question text didn't pull through (just a name, i.e. scene5_mcq....)

Does Storyline pass the question and answer text through?  Does anyone have any advice on how to use this or best practice?
