There have been a couple of threads talking about the need for creating movable panes which in turn led to this becoming a feature request. Can't see it appearing for a while but I'd like to be proven wrong.
This would improve my productivity immensely. Most of the Adobe products have incorporated this functionality for years, I'm somewhat surprised that Storyline lacks this feature.
