Auto add on survey?

Hi, I'm looking for some advice!

We are trying to include a simple survey on our presentation. The idea is that the user will select one of the numbers ranging from 1 to 5 for each option, then they will have a total score. They are then directed to a results page i.e. 'if you scored between 25 and 30 this means...' 

At the moment we have this running manually so they have to add their own numbers up. 

Is there anyway that this can be automatic? So Articulate will calculate their score? I do use articulate often and have made several presentations but I'm unable to spend too much time on this so just looking for a quick fix!
