I am new to Storyline and I am wondering if I am able to do the following.
I ask the person to fill in the text box in with the name of a co-worker. I would like to be able to insert that co-workers name through out the rest of the course. Is there a code which I can insert in my text that will auto insert the name of the person?

You can do what you are trying to do by using a text variable. There is an excellent tutorial here.
