I imported a ppt and then went through and deleted triggers that move to next slide at end of timeline. However, when I publish it those slides still move forward automatically at the end of the timeline. I did not add additional buttons thinking that I would just let the user use the player's next and prev buttons. Is it possible that I MUST add a new button to negate the lack of an object trigger?
I know this must be a n00b question, and I'm just missing something easy.
Your slide properties might be set to advance automatically. If that's the case, no trigger is required. You can go into your Story View and select the slides you want to change. With the slides selected, or one at a time, you can change the setting Slide advances: from automatically to By user.
Thanks Steve. I'll look at that too. But it looks like I fixed it by just deleting the remaining trigger and then recreating it. Now it works, but I'll definitely check the settings now. Thanks!

Oops. My fix did not work. Okay...I'm in the Story view and have selected the slide, where are the settings?
