Auto text extraction tool for localization?

Hi -

I am planning on using Articulate Storyline for a new eLearning project that includes a significant localization component. I know that Lectora has a text extraction tool that is able to automatically extract text from the entire eLearning module, assign a String ID to each individual text-based component, and then saves all text in a single RTF file that can then be easily imported into Translation Memory.

OK, based on the iOS support, I changed my plan from Lectora to Storyboard. However, does Articulate Storyline support any equivalent text extraction feature to support localization?
