Avoid the "Resume" notice

Hi

I cread and published a questioner with a radio buttons and variables that collect the user click and perform  calculations.

Whenever I enter the project in the internet I get the resume notice (i.e would you like to resume where you left off?). How is it possible to avoid this notice
