The back button appears during review mode (resume saved state) after you have completed a knowledge check question.
It is returning to the previously viewed slide, not going back to the knowledge check prior to this. Is there any way to hard code this slide so that it goes to the correct place?
The previous/next buttons will appear on a question slide by design once you're in Review mode, as the user wouldn't be "submitting" their answers at that point.
The back/previous button functions similar to the Back button in your browser, taking you to the slide you've seen prior. Since they're not visible until you're in the Review, there isn't an option to add a trigger to them.
I made a quick file in Storyline 360 to test the navigation button functionality in quiz review, and I wanted to share a video of my testing with you. Check it out here!
