I'm writing a series of courses that have to go out to users beyond the company's network. These folks often have issues with slow internet speeds and bandwidth.
I have the choice of what to create them in but would like to know if Storyline or Presenter create smaller file sizes.
Assuming near identical material, interactions, graphics,etc. in each, which would be the smaller file.
