Base Layer Appearing on layer slides when set to hide and audio not playing

Hi - it appears that when I preview a slide, the base layer slide content is displaying on the layer slides, when I have it set to "hide the base layer". In addition, the audio on my layer slides are not playing. This was working yesterday and now today, it's off.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello June!

Please make sure that you are working locally as described here. Also, you can try and import this file into a new file and see if that helps.

If this does not, you can try a repair of Storyline.

Thanks! I uninstalled and reinstalled, and this fixed the problem.
