I recently was creating a course using a screen recording and the "try" mode. Everything starts out great until I try to edit the "hint caption" layer, once i've made changes then return to the "base layer" the screen recorded image in the background now appears blurry. However, if I return to the "hint caption" layer on the same slide the background now appears clear again.
Has anyone had this happen or know of a possible solution?
I am experiencing this problem as well. I recently updated to the latest version of Storyline 2. Now when I create a try mode video, if I select any other slide layer besides the Base layer, the Base layer is instantly very blurry. If I select the Hint Caption layer, the image is clear but the Base layer is still so blurry.
