Base layer not showing on Quiz Review

Hi everyone,
I am creating a quiz and having some issues with the quiz review. On some questions the base layer is not showing when it goes through the review. It shows the Review layer, but not the question and everything on the base layer is gone. I do not have the base layer hidden in the Review layer so there is seemingly no reason it is not showing up. What is really tricky is it's not the same slides every time. I can take the quiz 5 times, and each time I go through the Review it is different slides that aren't showing the base layer. Anyone experienced this, or have any ideas for fixing??

It is happening both in Preview in Storyline and when published. I've published it both to Review 360 and tested the SCORM file on SCORM Cloud - happens in both places. I only have Incorrect Feedback enabled, so when I click continue it jumps to the next incorrect question, which sometimes will show and sometimes will not. I will submit a case and attach the file there. Thank you!

Hi, is there a solution for this yet? I have the same issue. I have set the reviews to happen after the user finishes the quiz. But only the review caption is visible in the review slide. The base layer is hidden. How do I fix this?

Thanks for following up! It looks like in Allison's case, the snag happened when using a previous version of Google Chrome. We recommend installing the latest version of Chrome.
If you're using the latest Chrome version and still running into this issue, I'd recommend connecting with a Support Engineer for additional troubleshooting.
